What a Week!!

Wow! What a week it has been for me! A little hectic, but I'm not complaining. Work has been a bit of a headache, but considering what I do, it's should be. Gotta love the small town politics around here. The mayor sticking his nose where he shouldn't be and trying to run the town into the ground. Then we've had the normal problems that police deal with everyday on the job.
I did have a good ending to the week. T (the ex-fireman from an earlier post, that's what I'm calling him now) came to see me Friday. I was working Thursday night, the midnight shift and he started texting me. He asked when I got off work in the morning and thought he might stop by on his way home in the morning. Instead of getting some sleep and then driving, he decides to drive all night to come see me. This did give him more time to spend with me (Woo-Hoo!!!). We talked and cuddled and kissed. It was all good, then he had to leave (Boo-Hoo!!!), but he did kiss me goodbye!! He told me he was going to try and make it back up here to see me so we could go out on a date. I really hope he does because I really like him and want to see where it goes with us. He said he wanted to do the same, so that's good right? It's going to have to be long distance because of him being on the road with the railroad and living two hours away. Although he said they are doing some work in the city which brings him just 45 minutes away from me (Oh Yeah!!!). I'm a little bit afraid because I have been hurt before by two different guys and don't want to get hurt again. I'm trying not to be pushy with anything, because I don't want to push him away. I really hope this works out. I've already considered the fact that if it does work out that I would move if it came to that. I Deserve to be Happy. I deserve my happy ending!!

Dessert, Delicous and Fat Free

In my quest to find delicious low fat recipes while trying to tame my sweet tooth and stay on my diet, I think I found one. I was talking to my best friend yesterday and she told me about a dessert recipe that her sister shared with her from Weight Watchers. You just need a box of angel food cake mix (it has to be the one that you just add water to) and a can of your favorite pie filling. You make the cake but instead of water you use the pie filling. Make sure you use a spoon to mix it up instead of a mixer or you will have a mess. Then spoon the mixture into a muffin pan lined with cupcake liners. Then bake them. I judged the timing with what the box said and how they looked in the oven and found that 20 minutes was just enough. They are delicious. Hope you enjoy them

Here it is, the new product I found for this week. It's new form Neutrogena. It's a deep clean relaxing night cleanser. It smells great and leaves your skin clean, soft and smelling great. It smells like lavender and I love it.

Red Alert

Hello everyone. Well I guess I have an admirer. I know, how sweet right. This isn't just any admirer though. He has been interested in me for sometime but blew me off once before. Yep, you all know him from an earlier post as Mr. Fireman (ex fireman now works for the railroad). I know I should have not forgiven him so fast, but I can't help myself. The man is HOT! I know I will be careful. I already told him that I want an honest relationship (if it goes that far, we haven't had the first date yet). Although I have known the guy for like ten years (he does come with baggage though, divorcee with 3 kids), but that's not a bad thing and I love kids. I can at least give the guy a chance (right?), at least go out on a date with him and see how things go. If any one has a suggestion, feel free to comment.

Well I apologize, I have changed my blog AGAIN. I just can't make up my mind. I'm indecisive and a perfectionist. So I apologize in advance if I change it again. Al tough I like the new title. It was a spin off the little black dress. I thought it was clever anyway(I prefer red, it is my favorite color and I'm a natural redhead), let me know what you think please.

Fabulous Find Friday

Hello fellow bloggers! I have decided to do some new things with my blog and have come up with fabulous find Fridays. Each Friday I hope to share a new product I have found with you. Today I am sharing one of my Mary Kay products that I have been using for awhile now. It works great. It has made my skin smoother and if you leave step one on for a little bit and then wash it off it gets rid of black heads. I used it this way and it cleared up my black heads around my nose. It is recommended to be used three times a week. I love it and hope you all will try it. Ttyl I'm off to find a new product to share with you next week.

It Happens!

Well my fellow bloggers, it hasn't been the best of weeks. This week has made me a little irritable. Of course it has some to do with the dreaded monthly curse, being just around the corner. UGGGHHH!!!! Just little things have been so irritating and not too mention I have been feeling sluggish and bloated so I have very little energy to get through the day.

I got through it. I have adopted a song as my motto. It's a country song, which is surprising since I'm not a bug country music fan. The song is called "It Happens" by the group Sugarland. When I heard it, I fell in love with it. Like the song says, Life don't go quite like you planned it. We try so hard to understand it. Ain't no rhyme or reason, no need to over think it. Let go laughing.
